Cancellation Policy

Cards are required on file to secure an appointment. Please use the link or call to reschedule. 2+ hour appointments, must be rescheduled within 48 hours. You may be subject to 50% of the services, if canceling last minute. Not showing/Same day cancellations are automatically charged the full amount. We respect your time, and have reserved this time for you! Please let us know if something comes up, within 48 hours, and we are happy to reschedule!

Please include your hair color history, both professional and at home coloring within the last 2 years.

If you have used henna dye, we MUST be aware. Be sure to include use of SPLAT, or any vivid colors, as well.

If you are looking for a big change, have a corrective color situation (ie: red to blonde, box color, platinum, fantasy color) please send us a current photo, along with a goal photo. We close at 7 on Tuesdays, 5:30/6 Wed and Thurs, and 7:45 Fridays. Saturday 10-4.
